Our best practices for serving cocktails like a pro and guaranteeing a Pschitt experience that lives up to your expectations.

Essential equipment

Standard filler with S-head connection

Our kegs require a standard filler (S-head connection) for service. If you don’t have a filler, don’t worry, we’ll supply and install it for you.

Good technical practice

Operating temperature

5°C to 10°C
For optimal tasting.

Gas pressure

Sparkling cocktails: 3.5 to 4.0 bar
Non-sparkling cocktails: 0.3 to 0.5 bar

Barrel storage

At room temperature
Shelf life :

  • 4 months plugged in
  • 24 months undrilled

Cleaning

  • Soak faucet in hot water every evening after service
  • Complete cleaning of pipes every 3 months or when changing product

Fast troubleshooting

Nothing sinks
  • Check that the barrel is empty and that the head is properly seated
  • Check that the gas cylinder is full and open
Flow too low or too high
  • Adjusts pressure to recommended value (see above)
Blocked lines
  • Clean every 3 months or when changing cocktails
